  2. My wife and I left South Dakota on a trip to the Southwest. Put on new tires before the trip but as luck has it, picked up a 4” bolt in rear tire on 2nd day. Needless to say, we are stranded outside Golden Co. We have been HOG Members for 14 yrs at the time, so why not ask them for help. When we called the number they acted as if we were a pain in the a**. They were great at taking our credit card number but that’s where it ended. After half the afternoon had passed, we were desperate to get back on the road to get to our destination. Ended up calling them back and they said “we will let you know when we are on our way”. We ended up calling another tow service out of Denver and he was there in about an hour. He took REALLY GOOD CARE of us. We called the HOG number back and asked if we could get a refund back since they did NOTHING. Their reply was “No”. Good luck if your stranded and need assistance
